HELPING YOU BECOME THE LEADER YOU WANT TO BE

Are you struggling with self-doubt? Do you feel like no matter how hard you work, you are getting nowhere?

Are you frustrated with your team? Are you unable to boost your team’s engagement?

We find value in helping you lead because we know that your work influences your life beyond the 40 hour work week. Because so much of your time is spent at work, it is understandable that your work life affects your personal life.

Our job is to help you access your self, work with the challenges that lie ahead of you, and thus feel more fulfilled in your role and in your life.

MEET EDWARD KIM

My Story - The Rise of the Underdog

Having grown up in New Jersey, I have always been an avid New York sports fan. As a kid playing in little league, I dreamt of being a shortstop for the New York Mets. My grand dream was shattered when I was told, at the young age of 10, to shoot for something more realistic.

I have felt the power of words and negative self beliefs. My personal journey in finding my “self” again is one that has started and will continue as I live my life.

Learning to take responsibility for my life, both personally and professionally, uncovered my own ability to make change and not be a bystander to my own. This changed everything for me. I adjusted my habits to take leadership over my life instead of allowing my emotions or arbitrary emotions lead me.

I am passionate about “paying it forward” and work to help people better lead themselves and the teams they lead.

My coaching philosophy has been shaped by servant leadership and Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems theory. I believe we all have the ability to lead ourselves in meaningful and purposeful ways.
